I first heard about Pilates watching the golf station 8 or more years ago. Sounded logical to improve core for better fitness and improve my golf game as well as my tennis matches. Turned out to be better than I could have envisioned. I am now 60 years young, still doing Pilates 2 times a week for all these years, and basically injury free when golfing, playing tennis, and biking. Thank you Mandy!!
